Yes, but it is limited for now. We do not deliver or do any serving. All catering items must be picked up from our location. Additionally, times book up fast, so please reserve your order at least two weeks in advance. Please give us a call at (785) 233-4227 or come in and visit to place your catering order.
Pork and Turkey are $14.95 per pound, Brisket is $15.95 per pound with 3 pound minimum for all meats. Sides serve about 12 people. Cheesy potatoes are $36.95, and beans and coleslaw are $26.95. Additionally, you can get any meat with two sides for $14.95/person, with 12 person minimum.
We are a small team working with a limited space. Lon has historically prepared all the food and devotes over 60 hours a week at the restaurant. For the best quality with the resources we have, we must operate with limited hours for now, but we are looking to expand these hours soon.
High quality ribs have been difficult to source recently. Smoking ribs along with the rest of our meats is a large time commitment for our small team. To ensure we have enough of our other food, we had to sacrifice how much ribs we make.
This is due to several factors, but mostly because we are operating in a limited space with a small team. All our ovens are packed to capacity to tenderize and keep the meat warm, and we simply do not have enough room to make more ribs.
We do not accept call-ahead orders. To ensure we have food for our customers in line, accepting call-ahead orders would be unfair to those customers. However, we expect to offer take-out orders placed online in the near future!
